2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To request a refund, the following criteria must be met:

• The refund request is sent within 30 days of the subscription startup.
• For API plans, you have not consumed more than 20% of your monthly credit quota.
• Your account has not been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. systematic abuse, password sharing).
